This policy explains how Accrut ("we", "us", "our") handles data collected through the accrut.com landing site itself — before you sign in to any module. It does not cover data you enter once inside the Accounting/Billing or HR modules; see the module-specific policies linked above for that.

We do not collect financial, invoicing, inventory, banking, or employee data on this site — that data is only ever collected within the specific module you sign in to, under that module's own privacy policy.

This website and our supporting infrastructure (including hosting, database, and authentication providers) may store or process data on servers located outside India. Under Section 16 of the DPDP Act, 2023, transfer of personal data outside India is permitted by default, except to any country or territory the Central Government specifically restricts by notification. As of the date of this policy, no such restricted list applies to our infrastructure providers. We will update this policy if that changes.
